Airjet Loom

Airjet Loom

Our manufacturing unit is equipped with 167 advanced airjet looms, which are known for their high weaving speeds. These looms are ideal for large-scale production, with weaving speeds reaching up to 1200 picks per minute or higher. Their quick recycle time and minimal downtime help in enhancing the mass production without compromising on the quality within the scheduled time. Known for their versatility, airjet looms are suitable for weaving a variety of light and medium-weight fabrics such as cotton, polyester and other blends. Our cutting-edge airjet loom machinery ensures consistent quality and increased supply to meet diverse client needs.

Waterjet Loom

Waterjet Loom

We have 72 units of water jet looms, which involve the utilisation of high-pressure water propulsion for efficient weaving. Here, a jet of water is sprayed to carry the weft yarn through the warp shed for quick yarn insertion. This method increases the production speed while maintaining the fabric quality. We use waterjet looms for weaving high-performance fabrics such as upholstery, denim and industrial textiles. Their ability to deliver uniform and smooth weaves with minimal energy consumption makes them the right choice for a sustainable manufacturing process.

Purpose of Inspection

Purpose of Inspection

We adhere to strict quality standards by retaining the highest quality in knitted fabric by identifying and eliminating defects such as holes, runs, uneven stitches, colour inconsistencies, and tension-related issues. Inspection is an important part of our manufacturing process to ensure that every finished product is durable, strong and has a strong visual appeal. The detection of flaws allows us to optimise production efficiency and reduce waste generation. We check each fabric roll to uphold our dedication to flawless and high-performance fabrics. Our focus on quality ensures maximum client satisfaction and fabric reliability.

Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance

We pay utmost attention to delivering premium textiles using the best quality raw materials and advanced technology. We use autoconed, spliced, SIRO-cleaned, low-twist yarn to ensure exceptional fabric strength and finish. To maintain the highest standards of quality, we eliminate any kind of residual contamination that might have escaped during the spinning process. We have skilled workers to oversee every step of the process efficiently. For white and light fabrics, we use American cotton yarns, which are known for their quality and reliability. Our dyeing and shrinkage processes are excellent and are done using advanced machinery sourced from Greece, Switzerland, and Germany. We utilise the Data Colour Computerised Colour Matching System (Spectraflash SF-600 Plus CT) while matching the colour of fabrics in different media light conditions. By preparing lab dips on Ahiba Nuance Spectra dyeing machines, we avoid shade variation to ensure colour consistency in every batch.
