We have 72 units of water jet looms, which involve the utilisation of high-pressure water propulsion for efficient weaving. Here, a jet of water is sprayed to carry the weft yarn through the warp shed for quick yarn insertion. This method increases the production speed while maintaining the fabric quality. We use autoconed, spliced, SIRO-cleaned, low-twist yarn to ensure exceptional fabric strength and finish. We have skilled workers to oversee every step of the process efficiently. For white and light fabrics, we use American cotton yarns, which are known for their quality and reliability. Our dyeing and shrinkage processes are excellent and are done using advanced machinery sourced from Greece, Switzerland, and Germany. We utilise the Data Colour Computerised Colour Matching System (Spectraflash SF-600 Plus CT) while matching the colour of fabrics in different media light conditions. By preparing lab dips on Ahiba Nuance Spectra dyeing machines, we avoid shade variation to ensure colour consistency in every batch.
